I am a big fan of a tasty seafood dip, especially while at a party. Why not serve up this Cold Crab Meat Salad at your next party? With a minimal amount of ingredients and easy preparation, even a novice cook can whip this up with ease. Cold Crab Meat Salad (contributed by Mrs. John Tillett, Jr.) 1 pound crab meat 6 shakes red pepper 1 medium onion, chopped 2 to 3 tsp prepared mustard 4 tbsp mayonnaise Pick over crab meat thoroughly and mix with other ingredients until well blended. Serve in mound with crackers. Makes enough for 25 to 30 canapé; leftovers can be heated with buttered bread crumb on top for a quick deviled crab.
